Set 3 & 4, 2 Reps @90%
Set 5, 2 Reps @95%

B) 3 Sets for Quality

-Front Rack, Bulgarian Split Squat X6/leg
-30 Double unders
-Monster walks X10/side (band just above knee)

*Rest 2 min*
