-Single Leg Glute Bridge X5/leg
-High Box Jump

*Treat this as an awesome warm up for the back squats, take it as serious as AM VS PM!

B) E2.5M X6

Back Squat

Set 1, 3 reps @80%
Set 2, 2 reps @85%
Set 3, 1 rep @90%
Set 4, 1 rep @95%
Set 5, 1 rep @100%+
Set 6, 1 rep @100%+

C) 2 Sets

-Star Plank X20 sec/side
-Farmer Carry Hold X1 min
-Around the worlds X10
