1 – RDL x 8 reps
2 – Bench 1-leg Hip Thrusts x 8/leg

Complete 5 rounds of the following:
3 minute AMRAP:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
1 minute Rest
*Start each subsequent 3-minute interval where you left off on the previous one. Post total rounds plus reps to whiteboard.
