8 x 1 minute work, 30 seconds rest (12 minutes total):
AMRAP
10 KB Swings (55/35)
10 Air Squats
10 Push-ups
*Pick up where you left off after each rest interval. 

15 – 30

*Take an addition 2 minutes before starting this workout (start at the 17 minute mark).

8 minute AMRAP:
5 Deadlifts (135/95)
5 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
5 Toes to Bar

30 –

With a partner, each partner completes 4 rounds for time of:
15/10 cal Assault Bike
10 Rig-length Shuttle Run (5x there-back)
After each round, complete 5 Synchronized Burpees
*Time cap: 15 minutes.
*While partner 1 is on the bike, partner 2 is completing the shuttle run. Once both have completed, they switch. Once both partners have completed the bike and run, they perform 5 burpees together. That completes round 1. 4 rounds for time.
