-This work out is for time with a 40 minute time cap. Three separate “pieces” to be completed, there are 2 mandatory rest periods. The first is a 4 minute rest at the 18 minute mark of the clock. The second is a 3 minute rest at the 32 minute mark of the clock.

For Time

4 Rounds
-8 Power Snatch 95/65
-16 C2B Pull Ups

Into

5 Rounds
-48 Double Unders
-10 Squat Snatches 135/95

Into

6 Rounds
-12 Overhead Squats 155/115
-6 Bar over burpees

40 Min Time Cap to complete everything.
Rest for 4 minutes at the 18 minute mark.
Rest for 3 minutes at the 32 minute mark.
