0-15:

EMOM x 12:
1 – (Legless) Rope Climb x 1-2 reps
2 – Wall-facing Handstand March or Thigh Taps x 10-20 reps
3 – Bent Over I-Y-T x 5 reps (small DB or change plates)

15-30:

4-5 sets, for quality:
– (Weighted) Strict Pull-ups x 3-5 reps
– DB Incline Chest Press x 6-10 reps
– Anchored (Weighted) Ab-mat Sit-ups x 10 reps

30-45:

10 minute AMRAP:
6 Hand-release Push-ups
6 DB Biceps Curls (heavy)
20 Double-unders
