STRENGTH

Deadlift
1×3 @ 70%, 1×3 @ 80%, 1×3 or more @ 90% 1RM

CONDITIONING

“Nasty Girls”
3 Rounds, for time:

50 Squats
7 Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

If you don’t have muscle-ups yet, don’t worry, you can still participate by substituting three pull-ups and three push-ups for every muscle up.
