E2 x 5:
Strict Press x 1 (build to 1RM)

With a partner, complete 5 rounds for time:
Row 500/400m
40 KB Swings (55/35)
20 Burpees

E2 x 3:
Tall Jerk x 3

E2 x 5:
Split Jerk x 1@ 85-95%

With a partner, complete 5 rounds for time:
Row 500/400m
40 KB Swings (55/35)
20 Burpees

Walk/Hike/Swim/Yoga/Stretch

Get 30-60 minutes of active, restorative rest each day this weekend.
