50 Burpees
150 Double-unders
150 Thrusters (65/45)
150 Double-unders
150 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
150 Double-unders
150 Deadlifts (135/95)
150 Double-unders
1500m Row

Walk/Hike/Swim/Yoga/Stretch

Get 30-60 minutes of active, restorative rest each day this weekend.
