Tuesday– Tempo Piston Back Squat— Thruster, Bike, Pull up

Wednesday– Shoulders— Row, DB Snatch

Thursday– Monster Mash

Friday– 1 RM Snatch— 1 RM C&J— Sprint For Time

Saturday– Brazil CrossFit Championship, “March of Pain”
