Wednesday- CNS Prep, Back Squat Test

Thursday- Monster Mashup

Friday- Boulder Shoulders

Saturday- Positional Clean work, 15.4

You have all been grinding through this program and now its go time! We will get everyone prepped at the beginning of class for a new PR! Wheels up fam, time to lift some steal!
