Monday, Feb 11 – Gymnastics skill (handstand/dip), T2B/Row conditioning
Tuesday, Feb 12 – Snatch, EMOM conditioning
Wednesday, Feb 13 – Deadlift, “Cindy”-style conditioning
Thursday, Feb 14 – Open 18.2/18.3 Mash-up
Friday, Feb 15 – Gymnastics skill (rope climb), upper body-focused conditioning
Saturday, Feb 16 – Front Squat, partner WOD

2 – Ring Dips or Parallette Push-ups x 6-8 reps @ 21X1 tempo
3 – 1 Chin-up + 5 second hold + 10 second negative
