Barbell Box Step Up x 3/leg
*Bar in the back rack position. Choose a low box or stack of plates to stand on (no higher than knee height). Think about standing up aggressively, squeezing the glutes at the top. Repeat for 3 reps on each leg. Build in load over 7 sets. 

7 minute AMRAP:
6 2xDB Thrusters (50/35)
6 Horizontal Ring Rows

E90s x 7:
Power Clean
Sets 1-2: 3 reps
Sets 3-4: 2 reps
Sets 5-7: 1 rep

CrossFit Open 18.5

7 minute AMRAP:
3-6-9-12-15-18-21-… reps of:
Thrusters (100/65)
C2B Pull-ups
