Although CrossFit tends to happen in a group setting, often times we have members who have specific needs that would be better addressed one-on-one with a coach. Wether you’re just getting started in CrossFit, or an experienced CrossFitter, we have coaches available for targeted training sessions.

Can’t make our Fundamentals classes? Want to work on your gymnastics skills or Olympic lifting? Just don’t like working out in a group? Targeted Training may be for you. Contact us for more info.
