CrossFit

Undefeated CrossFit is CrossFit through and through. We believe you will not find a more effective workout than CrossFit. We squat, we press, we push, we pull, and we pick things up. We are proud of our programming and believe it to be one of the most indisputably proven programs in Winnipeg. There is no doubt we create very strong and fit people.

At Undefeated CrossFit we understand that not everyone has the same abilities or the same goals, which is why we were one of the first gyms in Winnipeg to offer our athletes two different programs; “Fitness” and “Sport of Fitness”. Both programs are run simultaneously each class and it is totally up to the athlete to decide which program to follow.

Fitness

Our Fitness program is CrossFit. It has all the intensity and sweating of CrossFit, but without the complicated Olympic lifts or advanced gymnastics. Fitness develops the strength, mobility and mechanics to prepare the athlete for more complex movements. We offer the Fitness program for those who love the potency of CrossFit but don’t necessarily plan to compete in the sport of CrossFit. It’s also great for those who are new to CrossFit and would like to build strength and confidence before joining the “Sport of Fitness” program.

Sport of Fitness

The Sport of Fitness program is the entire CrossFit package. You will be learning and performing all basic and advanced movements. If you’re looking for elite fitness, this is it. Our Sport of Fitness program has sent several athletes to compete at a Regionals level and has earned Undefeated a reputation locally as a fiercely competitive gym.
