At Undefeated CrossFit we LOVE weightlifting. The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk are a staple in training programs for hockey, football, volleyball, wrestling, MMA, track and field and of course CrossFit. The ability to rapidly apply force while maximizing speed and strength falls very comfortably in to what CrossFit is all about!
Undefeated Barbell is offered so that we can work even closer with our athletes on developing these challenging and technical lifts. Weightlifting is not just fun on it’s own, it will also help you become better at CrossFit. Our coaches at Undefeated have worked under and learned from several well respected weightlifting coaches from around the world. Mike Burgener (Level 5 Senior International US Weightlifting Coach), Roger Neilsen (’92 US Olympics Head Coach), Jared Fleming (one of the current best lifters from the US), and Rudy Neilsen (Outlaw) to name a few.
