Fundamentals

The fundamentals program is designed to expose the newest members of our community to our fundamental movements in a less intimidating setting. Our coaches will provide instruction and progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group class sessions. The fundamentals class is ideal for individuals who are injury-free and looking for a quick transition into our group CrossFit Classes.

We do things a little different than other CrossFit gyms. We recognize that not everyone learns at the same pace, and to accommodate this, our beginners program is only as long as is required. Our coaches will decide when to “graduate” you to the regular CrossFit program. This allows us the opportunity to get our members in to CrossFit efficiently at a pace that works for them. The Fundamentals program runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm, Saturdays at noon and Sunday at 10:30am.
